Choices sailing through

December 30, 2012 § 1 Comment

Swimming in this sea of come and go

A ship came sailing through

But it had a heart hole.

I had two roads to go.

Either escape on this one to the port

Or let it drown too with my life’s woes.

Hold my hand and pull me close

I have a choice to stay or to let go.

It is my savior, my hope

I carry on mesmerized by all the glory and the gold

shinning in the darkness of my soul.

Its warmer inside

Aboard

And Yet,

I feel tilted and toiled

to  leave the familiar behind.

Change has always been a big risk.

Its a never-ending ride.

For the better? Or the worse?

You never know.

You never know, child.

Close your eyes and breathe the aura inside.

Wait

I find myself standing at the same junction where I was yesterday

Walking a hundred miles, just to see your face.

Days, months, years n places

I still wait

Wait for my escape.

Each second is like a long trial

Mouth parched n sore soles

I wait in desire

For you to come

For you see

How much I have been waiting for thee

There is tingle in my heart

How will you be

After all the past

When we will finally meet..

After a long long wait, I finally see your face.

See you smiling through the blushing eyes

and I decide my fate.

We have got the contrasting choices

We were raised in different ways

But after I spoke to you today, I know that its only you who I wish for everyday.

A sense of satisfaction. An escape I got,

from the endless assumptions I had made.

Its only and only friendship I want, from the wake of tomorrow’s dawn.

I will wait.

Stick around for sometime to see my destiny at play.

Its a sea of people that I sway along with.
With them I flow. Into the sea I swim.
Its vast and infinite. Its soothing and fertile.
This sea of people.
My safety, my escape.
My power, my make..

Where Am I?
