Soul seeker

March 6, 2014 § 1 Comment

No one saw him the way I did. No one tried to look into his soul and read his eyes.

His eyes were like that endless ocean. Stormy and calm at the same time.

His mind was the most beautiful creation of lord. It was of a special kind.

Like a factory which is always producing new things.

Like a sponge ready to be squeezed.

He had a desire to learn new things. Often experimenting with his dreams.

Now you can call this man shallow and accuse him of countless inhuman atrocities because a beautiful mind requires a strong heart.

A heart so toughened with the mind’s realities.

But it was his soul I seek. The soul being the true being. Body was just a cloth to get dirty. Often washed by spirituality.

It was only his soul that no one but I desired because it was his soul that lite the fire within me.

So get me not that heart that has been broken many a times.

Instead treat me to an opening of his mind.

Exhausted

afternoon-sunlight_422_76765Wavering lightness dancing to the tunes of honey

So pleased

Basking in the glory of reverie

You are carried away by your own pleasantry

Mistakably soft misery

So much so, that it is dismissing.

Golden beam piercing through

Reflecting rays, sleeping peacefully
Rising temperature

Velvety soft covering silk

comforting amongst amiss

Relaxation

Cracking cells falling apart

Bringing me relief

I surrender my soul to nature’s cradling leaf.

The Gypsy

On the highway of my life
I came across a lot of wives.

On the highway to heaven,
I did the deeds to please hell.

On this never ending road,
Did you see me there?

As we walk through this shade, so slow,
Did you need me there?

As you look above your soul,
And your tiny tiny door,

This huge world survives.
Oh so bigger than our lives.

On the highway of my life
I realised
You were never inside, by my side.

On this highway lay small shops,
On this highway lay petrol flops,
On this highway lay a drunken man,
On this highway, the vast vast land.

And I traveled through this land.
This long strech of time.
Through the concrete and the sand.
Through the miserries and the joys.

I found myself all alone.
I left, my love behind.
Like the trees and the sun,
They just came in all size.
I grabbed the wind unsung,
And moved ahead tonight.

Mislead darkness

Small town girl in a big big world

So much of freedom to earn

Out of boarding and into the artificial wild

It was too much to handle for the “poor soul”

Late night parties with Glitter and Glam

Trying to build a slam

Dizzy, hazy, too foggy became the view

And soon she lost sight of the truth.

The right things became useless

The wrong, the right.

She went along the unsaid,

Lost the friends along the freight.

Her path became rough

And she never got to be tough

Her innocence went missing

Between all the caressing

She lacked all sense.

She was yet to know worldly views

Broken, fainted, she had no clue

Of what she had left behind

Her precious stones of blue,

So simple and true,

The serenity of the peace,

The value of being unused.
